Policies

At Vital Foot Care Studio, we believe in providing exceptional wellness foot care that enhances your overall well-being. Our exclusive studio offers a tranquil environment where clients can relax while receiving wellness and care services that prioritize foot and nail health. We are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal foot and nail wellness through personalized care and guidance.

To safeguard your skin, we advise against waxing or shaving your legs and feet within 24 hours prior to your pedicure. This helps to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

We adhere to Universal Safety Precautions, wearing gloves throughout each service to ensure a clean and protected environment for all of our clients.

Razor blades are not sterile, and using them can increase the risk of infection if injuries occur. Instead, we use high-quality stainless steel foot files for callus reduction. These are sanitized, disinfected, and sterilized after every client. For home care, we offer these foot files for sale, providing you with a safe and hygienic option.

We take extra care when serving diabetic clients. A thorough consultation is required to ensure that the service is tailored to your unique needs. We exclusively use Podoexpert Pediceutical-grade products that are oil-free and non-occlusive, allowing the skin to breathe safely. Please note, a recent medical history form is required for all diabetic guests.

For elderly clients, we prioritize safety by tailoring our services based on consultations and personal needs. In general, we avoid procedures like cuticle pushing, foot soaking, callus reduction, and massage. We use our specialized Pediceutical Podoexpert product line for gentle care. Please be advised that we are not authorized to assist with personal support or transfers into equipment, so we recommend bringing a caregiver if needed.

Vital Foot Care Studio does not perform any medical treatments. We stay in our scope of practice and practice the 3 R's-Recognize, Recommend, and Refer,

If necessary, we can refer out to local podiatrist.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Discover credit cards.

We do NOT accept Checks, Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance.
